• Northern League II (Summer Rec, U10+): February
• Fall Recreational (ages 5–13): April
• U16 Fall League: After high school tryouts (August)
• Tournament Only & Competitive: September–October

Team counts must be submitted to Arrowhead Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) by a set deadline. Once rosters are finalized and schedules are created, additional players cannot be added.
No. Teams cannot exceed roster limits. Once team numbers are submitted to AYSA, schedules are created and additional teams cannot be formed.

CYSA uses uniforms for multiple seasons when possible.
• U6 & U8 players receive new jerseys each fall (included in registration).
• In some cases, players joining a new team may need a new jersey due to number conflicts.
Registration pages will indicate when a new uniform cycle begins.
